The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) will sell 18 trust land parcels at its biannual public auction at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 24 in the Deer Valley Room at the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel located at 150 West 500 South.
This is the largest sale of trust lands in recent history with parcels available in 11 counties. All proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the permanent endowments for public schools, Miners Hospital at the University of Utah Medical Center, teaching colleges at state universities, and reservoirs.
