School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) is offering areas north of Milford in Beaver County, for the collection of seed – Kochia prostrata, Forage Kochia. The areas are described below. Map is attached.

Section 2: Lots 1-4, S½N½, S½ (685.28 acres)
This is a sealed bid process and is for the exclusive right to collect kochia seed on each of the above described areas through December 31, 2023. The amount and quality of the seed is not guaranteed.
The sealed bids must be received at the SITLA Richfield office on or before 5:00 PM, October 23, 2023 (no bids will be received after 5 PM). Bids may be sent via standard post, email, or faxed. Contact information is listed below.
The bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24 and the highest sealed bid from a qualified bidder will be notified. Upon notification to the successful bidders, a seed collecting permit or contract will be issued upon receipt of the full bid amount in the form of cash, check or money order. The permit or contract must be signed by the successful bidder prior to collection of seed. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
